Program intended for grandchildren from 13 - 15 years of age.

Experience the unique cultures and history of New Mexico in this exciting outdoor program complete with a whitewater raft adventure on the Rio Grande and a trek through the mountains with llamas as your companions. Explore fascinating archeological sites with Native American representatives, climb ladders and peer into caves where people lived thousands of years ago, and learn about geology, volcanism and local flora and fauna from experts who lead your firsthand discovery of the natural beauty of northern New Mexico.

• Explore the unique, other-worldly landscapes of Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument.
• Create a piece of New Mexico folk art to take home with you.
• Ride North America’s longest aerial tram to the top of the 11,000-foot Sandia Crest.
