EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.
Frank Lloyd Wright revolutionized commercial and residential architecture, opening up new realms for designers and creating new challenges for builders and engineers. Through discussions and field trips around Wisconsin to some of Wright’s greatest creations, learn how his work continues to impact modern architecture. Examine Wright’s use of organic shapes at the S.C. Johnson administration building in Racine, learn about his “Usonian” style in his hometown of Madison and explore many more of his most important structures, including Taliesin.

• See Milwaukee architecture from a different perspective during a river and inner harbor study cruise.
• Learn about the Milwaukee Art Museum’s Calatrava addition and its unique, moveable sculpture.
• Spend a morning at the Dane County Farmer’s Market.
