ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding, and rewarding, programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.
Experience an unforgettable bicycle journey through the rock spires, buttes and canyons of Southeast Utah. Discover Cedar Breaks National Monument, Pink Sand Dunes State Park, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. Awe-inspiring, breathtaking — these words describe the dramatic rock formations and colorful canyons of Utah's Canyon Country.

• Spend two days bicycling and hiking in the unique, rugged landscape of Bryce Canyon National Park and two days in magnificent Zion National Park.
• Bicycle through Cedar Breaks National Monument, then into Red Rocks Canyon on a peacefully winding paved path.
• A rest day in each national park affords opportunities to learn from park experts about this geologic wonderland of spires, arches, amphitheaters and hoodoos created by eroding water and wind.
Due to the nature of this program, listening devices are not available.
