Program #4661ENZ
6 Days | 5 Nights
While all of our learning adventures offer extraordinary value, our "Best Value" programs were rated by our participants themselves who thought their dollar went particularly far.
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.
Nestled in the heart of the Victorian town of Breckenridge, attend a world-class summer music festival while learning what it takes to produce an event of this caliber. Go behind the scenes with conductor, Maestro Gerhardt Zimmermann, attend daily interactive educational seminars with the musicians, and ask questions of production and administrative staff.

• Framed by the majestic backdrop of the Rockies, attend chamber and/or orchestral concerts in the warm, indoor 750 seat Riverwalk Center.
• Learn about the orchestra and repertoire, with insider access to the performance venue and backstage preparations.
• Delve into the history and art of Breckenridge itself, a charming Western mining town that is a premiere resort destination.
Due to the nature of this program, listening devices are not available.

Activity Notes

Elevations of 9,600 feet; walking on sidewalks, gravel paths, some uneven terrain from three blocks up to one mile a day; climb and descend steps at venues.
