Spectacular land formations and ancient ruins provide an abundance of captivating images in the Four Corners region. Discover the color and history of four states through the lens of your camera during discussions on composition and technique. This course for beginner and intermediate photographers integrates classroom and hands-on instruction. Visit Utah to photograph the magnificent desert vistas of Valley of the Gods and ancient rock art panels. Capture the colorful landscapes of Canyon De Chelly in Arizona. Shoot other-worldly rock formations in New Mexico’s Bisti Wilderness.Your stay in Colorado features photography of the spectacular cliff dwellings of Mesa Verde National Park. The capstone event is a multimedia presentation of the best of your week's work.

• Travel to Valley of the Gods to photograph stunning red rock formations and towers.
• Bring the past to life in your photographs of petroglyphs, a restored underground ceremonial chamber, and prehistoric ruin sites in diverse locations, as an archaeologist teaches about the Ancestral Puebloan people.
