While comparing famous past and present performances of outstanding artists, study the power of the human voice as it’s tested by the unique vocal challenges this opera presents to its performers. Top off this exhilarating week by attending a live opera performance at Baltimore’s Lyric Opera House with reserved orchestra section seating.


• Spend an afternoon in the Peabody Archive collection examining costumes, scores, and photos of famous opera performers with Peabody's Archivist.
• Meet with Peabody Conservatory vocal coaches and students throughout the week to gain insight into the rigors of an opera performance degree.
• Delight in evening performances by extraordinary Peabody Conservatory students - the next generation of exceptional voice students who are currently honing their craft.
