Trace the history of the Industrial Revolution and the important innovations that were developed in Lowell, Massachusetts. Look at the works of Dickens and Kerouac and discover what is was about the city that inspired their writings. Walk along the canals and cruise through the city to learn the importance of location and water on inventions and transportation and how the city's past fits into life today.
