EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.
Immerse yourself in the fabled Four Corners -- the rich archaeological treasures of Mesa Verde and the enduring Navajo culture in Canyon de Chelly and Monument Valley. Discover Santa Fe’s multi-cultural history. Travel to Mesa Verde with an in-depth exploration of this vast landscape of canyons and mesas. See why the Ancestral Puebloans – the Anasazi -- chose Mesa Verde as their home over a millennium ago. Then explore Canyon de Chelly and Monument Valley on the Navajo Nation with cultural presentations and 4x4 field trips into these iconic landscapes.

Highlights

• In Mesa Verde National Park, America’s richest archaeological preserve, take ranger-led explorations of Chapin Mesa, Spruce Tree House and famed Cliff Palace.
• In Canyon de Chelly, travel its South Rim to Spider Rock and explore ruins and homesteads beneath 800’ streaked cliffs; in Monument Valley, visit historic Goulding’s Trading Post. 4x4 Navajo-led excursions in both locations.
• Enjoy a guided historical tour through the heart of Santa Fe with time to explore the many museums and landmarks in New Mexico’s capital city.
