Berlin, Germany. Program starts at 4:00 PM with an introductory excursion to the city followed by an orientation to the program at the hotel.
You will be staying at the Hotel BelAhr that night.
Location: Berlin
Transportation to site: The X9 express bus runs every 10 minutes from 5:00 AM -11:00 PM via Jakob-Kaiser-Platz to Zoologischer Garten railway station (the journey takes approx. 20 minutes). At the Zoologischer Garten station, take the S7 Commuter train towards Ahrensfelde. At Ahrensfelde, take the S2 Commuter train towards Berlin-Lichtenrade. Get off the train at the Berlin Anhalter station and walk to the hotel. The train ticket will cost approximately 3.10 Euros. A taxi will cost approximately 20 Euros and take 21 minutes.

The pedestrian zone and many places of interest can all be accessed easily on foot. The Sendlinger Tor underground station is only 200 meters from the hotel, with connections to the following locations; Main railway station: 2 minutes, Marienplatz: 2 minutes, Olympic center: 13 minutes, New Exhibition Center/ICM: 18 minutes, airport: 45 minutes.
