The program starts with the Orientation at the hotel in Rome at 5 PM
You will be staying at the Hotel Nord Nuova Roma that night.
Location: Rome
Nearest airport: Rome International Airport - Fiumicino
Transportation to site: A group arrival transfer is organized for all participants who purchased an air inclusive program and arrive on the group date. Other participants are encouraged to take the group transfer if their flights arrive in time. The group transfer is scheduled at 7:30AM for flight AZ 0609 JFK-FCO, arriving Rome 7:10AM on November 7th, 2014.

The program ends with a transfer to the airport in Istanbul on the departure date.
You will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport the night before.
Location: Rome
Transportation to site: A group departure transfer is organized for all participants who purchased an air inclusive program and depart on the group date. Other participants may take the group transfer as long as their flights depart at or around the same time as the group flights. The group transfer is scheduled for flight AZ 0705 IST-FCO, departing 2:30PM on November 19th, 2014. The transfer is scheduled to get you to the airport atleast 2-3 hours before your international flight. Final time will be confirmed by your group leader. Participants who took advantage of the Free Air option through Road Scholar Travel Services will receive a free overnight in Rome at the end of the program.
