This was a good introduction to the history of the area and helped me in my genealogy trip the following week.

The Fall foliage in the Hudson Valley is breathtaking in October. Visiting the homes of FDR and Eleanor Roosevelt make history come alive. Looking for a memorable experience? This Program will not disappoint.

If you love history and beautiful sights, this is the trip for you. Visits to FDR's home and library, Eleanor's home, Washington's headquarters, and cruising the Hudson are just some of the wonderful parts of the trip. The lecturers really knew their subject and imparted their knowledge through their talks. There was so much to do, it will take time to remember it and absorb it. Thanks you for a great time.

The Hudson River Valley is packed with history and beautiful at this time of year. I really don't think this trip could have been any better. Best of all I met so many great people and enjoyed getting to know them personally. I was delighted at how much we all seemed to have in common.

You need to add to the web site a "RS Business Card Request" so that RSers like me can request a dozen cards for handing out to interested people we meet.
