This tour revealed New Zealand in all its glory, and provided real depth through all the people who hosted us at their amazing gardens. Wonderfully paced, and a great way to see NZ from north to south.

Great trip, particularly because of the personal connections the two guides had with the the owner-gardners and winery operators. This tour attracted such interesting people with both knowledge and curiosity. Seeing the whole countryside rather than merely highlights of cities made the trip special. We feel we saw the whole country with its contrasts of landscapes. We would recommend this trip to all of our friends and neighbors.

Outstanding program! New Zealand is a beautiful country and our Road Scholar Leaders did a great job of highlighting the great gardens, wineries and homes. The gardens were absolutely amazing with color, variety and imagination plus the owners and gardeners were passionate about their art. Learning about the relatively new wine industry and tasting the wines was great fun. New Zealand is a must see country!
