Hi Christine and Peyton! We loved exploring Glacier with all of our fellow participants. Kalina felt like she gained several best friends. What a great experience we had with Mary Jo as our fearless leader, the people from the Flathead Audubon Society, the staff at Big Mountain and Whitefish Resort on the Aerial Adventure course and the Alpine slide, Scientist Josh and his macroinvertebrates from the Whitefish Lake Institute, and the Glacier guides on our raft trip. All this and using and adapting to wildfire that closed half of Going to the Sun Road. Additional kudos to Denny, Becky and Kim for their joy and wisdom. Thanks, we will carry the spirit of the journey into on into our lives.

My granddaughter and I have just returned from this program. There were 9 children in all, they all got along famously from the get go, and this of course added to the success of the trip. I can honestly say that I have done a few activities that were definitely not on my bucket list, but oh, so glad that I was challenged. My granddaughter enjoyed every minute of this program and cried herself to sleep for two nights because she wanted to return to Montana and her new friends. I would highly recommend this program to anyone.

This was our 4th Road Scholar intergenerational program. They were all very good and our different grandchildren all liked the programs that each participated. And we liked them too.

This program is a winner for both grandkids and grandparents! The activities are well planned, educational and really FUN for all. And the location can't be beat--

This trip is a real adventure! The Aerial Course is challenging and fun but requires strength and balance. Rafting was leisurely and lovely. Alpine Slide was fun and doable for all. Glacier National Park is beautiful beyond words. The grandeur of scenery on the Going to the Sun drive is something I'll remember forever. I am already looking at Road Scholar trips for next year so I can go back and hike more trails in Glacier . My grand daughter, who is 8, loved this trip and its experiences. You and your grand child may be challenged but I doubt you will be disappointed in this trip. :) Karen July 2014
