It doesn't take a taste for Cajun food to enjoy this experience, but it does help. The instructor for this program has you busy learning about the Cajun culture as well as the food. Bring your appetite and enjoy--Aiyheeeeeeee!

This fun filled foodie program will have you licking your chops. The three cooking sessions are totally hands on but accommodate different levels of cooking skills. The food we prepared was unbelievably good. You will get to know the locals in several behind the scenes food oriented tours of boudin factories and local grocery stores. Dinners are at local joints. A visit to an accordion factory included a rousing concert and we ended the program with a swamp tour and dinner and two stepping at a local dance hall where we tried to burn off all those calories.
