EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

If you want to have a GREAT birding experience finding Coastal Texas birds, this program is for you. Both Nan and Tom, our guides, were TOPS. Nan gets your adrenalin going. Having a maximum group size of 14 made the program even better!

With Nan’s knowledge and enthusiasm coupled with Linda’s organisational skills this is a programme that all birders would enjoy. The programme gives the opportunity to view and identify birds in a variety of natural habitats.

This was our first Road Scholar experience, and it was everything we'd hoped it would be. We'll definitely be looking forward to more such adventures!

The Birding Enchilada is an excellent trip. It exceeded my expectations. The educational programs were terrific. We experienced all sorts of terrains, shore, woodland, agricultural, and saw many new birds. Try it, you'll like it.
