If you want to touch creepy-crawly things, see artic wolves up-close, pick through tidal pools and just have a terrific time, this is the program for you! We were busy from the moment we got up until we dragged the grandkids aways from the pool. We had a terrific time

Elizabeth from Seattle, WA Number of programs attended: 2

My granddaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this very interesting and varied program. It was obvious that a lot of research and care had gone into balancing activities so that both children and adults enjoyed and learned from them. The hotels were good and meals were well chosen for child-appeal (not just mac and cheese!) as well as for us grandparents. Overall, a really worthwhile and memorable program.

Carol from Rochester, NY Number of programs attended: 10
Date attended: 07/26/15 - 07/31/15
I would highly recommend this trip. There were a great variety of animal themed activities! All attendees could find activities, classes, and experiences that were of interest to them. We learned a lot in a fun way. The trip was well organized and well run. Terry, our leader, was excellent.

Joie from Red Bluff, CA Number of programs attended: 15
Date attended: 06/21/15 - 06/26/15
Very educational and informative, especially for an intergenerational. The diversity of animals and programs was amazing.

Natalie from Los Altos, CA Number of programs attended: 34
Date attended: 06/21/15 - 06/26/15
This was my 16th intergenerational program. Some of the activities were very good but unless you want to spend many, many hours on a bus, you should chose another program.

Sid from Fort Bragg, CA Number of programs attended: 9
Date attended: 08/03/14 - 08/08/14
It was a great program for grandparents and grandchildren. We attended with our 10 year old grandson; Anne Warner was a sensitive and experienced group leader. We learned a lot and had a lot of fun.

Patrice from Cudahy, WI Number of programs attended: 0
Date attended: 08/03/14 - 08/08/14
This program was so much fun, for both grandparents and their grandkids. Lots of hands-on learning about a huge variety of animals. This was a great time and you won't be sorry if you attend this program!

Sally from Austin, TX Number of programs attended: 10
Date attended: 07/20/14 - 07/25/14
A very well planned and executed program for grandparents and grandkids to meet a wide variety of animals, experience a wide variety of locales, and have fun learning.

Linda from Livonia, MI Number of programs attended: 8
Date attended: 07/13/14 - 07/18/14
If your grandchild loves animals this is the program for you! There was plenty of hands-on which made our granddaughter very happy. The Portland area is beautiful and we enjoyed the many modes of public transportation when exploring on our own.
