I had been to the Grand Canyon several times but only viewed it from the top. I never REALLY saw it until I took this trip hiking down into the canyon. At every turn the scenery became more spectacular than the previous bend in the trail. Our guides were extremely knowledgeable, personable, well organized and so much fun.

We choose this program for a chance to visit the incredible series of waterfalls below the village of Supai, and to hike again in the Grand Canyon - and it was breathtakeing. But our biggest surprise was the two great hikes on Monday and Tuesday, and the wonderful view of the Colorado River during lunch on the Tonto Rim hike. We were the only hikers in this remote area on both these days, a unique experience.

I can't say enough good things about this trip! It was beautiful, exhilarating, and challenging with superb guides to lead and teach along the way. Pacing was great and one did not feel rushed at all. Those wanting to take photos or just go at a gentle rate could do so. Jan from Breckenridge, CO

Wonderful hikes and excellent leaders! It was great to visit Supai and go on amazing hikes with our expert leaders. Our group of 16 was phenomenal!

This is a great program, on so many levels! There are great hikes in a world class location, the leaders have years of experience in this area and the guest speakers give you one-of-a-kind perspectives that enrich your experience and understanding of the Grand Canyon! Highly recommended for those looking for an active adventure!

The Grand Canyon hike was fabulous. It was challenging, interesting, informational and FUN! We had a wonderful group of people to hike with and our group leaders made the program a great experience.

Havasupai is a unique and extraordinary place. The hiking required to get to it is wonderful, but the experience is far more than hiking. The scenery is stunning and exceeds rafting down the Grand Canyon. Our guides were excellent in every way. I had been to Supai 40 years ago and this trip was just as rewarding. The program exceeded my expectations in every way and is a steal for the cost.

Steve from Seattle, WA Number of programs attended: 2

Our trip was delightful in all ways Our guides were outstanding in their knowledge and wonderful facilitators. The hiking was challenging but doable and the setting was spectacular

I just returned from hiking in the Granite Gorge and Supai Program at the Grand Canyon. It was an amazing experience. I was a solo participant and felt welcome and very comfortable. The hikes were strenuous but not more so than I was led to expect. Havasu and Mooney Falls are a sight I will always remember. I fulfilled a wish of many years--to hike to the bottom of Grand Canyon and make it back out!

Rick from Sonoma, CA Number of programs attended: 1
Date attended: 10/28/12 - 11/03/12
This program exceeded expectations. It was challenging, highly educational, explored some of the most beautiful and complex geography on the planet, and was expertly lead. This less-visited region of Grand Canyon and its inhabitants are well worth the time and effort to discover and learn about.

Paula from Calhan, CO Number of programs attended: 1
Date attended: 10/28/12 - 11/03/12
This was everything I had hoped for. It was sad to see the week come to an end I was still reved up and ready to go for more.

Barbara from Manson, WA Number of programs attended: 1

The program is an exceptional opportunity to meet interesting people and to gain knowledge about activities of interest. A wonderful program.
