If you want to improve your golf game, this is the program for you! Shelby Smith is an excellent teacher and provides quality instruction with a variety of activities and lots of small group and individual instruction.

A walk after a little white ball just became more enjoyable. I can't believe how much I improved with the instruction from Shelby Smith and his assistants. A very enjoyable experience in a wonderful location!

If you want to learn the game of golf or improve your game this program is an excellent place to start. Shelby Smith, our pro, is an excellent teacher. He understands the game thoroughly and is able to communicate with each individual regardless of their experience. His assistants are also knowledgable and very capable of improving your golf game. For enjoyment in hitting a golf ball I give this program solid "A's".

This is a great program for intermediate golfers with a nice mix of instruction, practice drills, and playing experience. Shelby Smith is such an excellent teacher that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their game. This program was better (I learned more)than all of my three previous Golfing Elderhostels combined. I selected it because it seemed from the description that instruction was emphasized over simply playing golf and that turned out to be true. It was good enough that I have already recommended it to others I know and may very well sign up to do it again next year to make sure I didn't miss anything important. I just returned from a golf clinic held in Myrtle Beach. It was truly a great learning experience. The instructors were wonderful. I highly recommend this program to senior golfers. Seniors are Shelby Smith passion. He love senior golfers, was very encouraging. I left his class believing seniors can play golf as long as they wish.
