Wonderful program, first Road Scholar trip. Great leaders, so knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Learned some new strategies for genealogical research and had a potential county in Ireland to find my ancestors.

If your looking for a frustrating trip this may be the one. Anybody who has done genealogy knows the feeling of frustration but also the joy when you find something. THIS WAS A GREAT TRIP, I enjoyed the beauty of Salt Lake City, the generosity of the Mormon Church and pleasantness of the Sister's & Elders, talented people running the programs and educating us, etc. etc. etc. You can see some images of the trip on my website: alansieglephotography.com, look under the Menu: Road Trips, Salt Lake City Trip. I haven't place the images on my site at this writing, so if you don't see them, check back a few days later.

It's extremely helpful to have this opportunity to research in the largest genealogical library and have only your research to concentrate on...plus enjoying the common goals with other participants.

If you are genealogy obsessed as I am, you should go to Salt Lake City and attend a genealogy program such as this. But, don't go expecting a vacation! This is work! I am no longer "afraid" of loading and searching through microfilm!

We thought the experience in Salt Lake City was
very very good. Both my husband and I were impressed
with program and instructors were exceptional.
Hoping to attend further Genealogy programs
Sincerely Dale and Ann Moore
