Program #1885RJ
5 Days | 4 Nights
While all of our learning adventures offer extraordinary value, our "Best Value" programs were rated by our participants themselves who thought their dollar went particularly far.
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

This program was informative, exciting, and exhilarating. It surpassed all my expectations. This was my first Road Scholar trip, and I plan to take many more.

If you want to see these homes with the best guides and the most thorough advance knowledge of how to appreciate them, you can't beat this trip. We got the "deluxe" tour of Falling Water--2 hours in small groups on a day when it is normally closed to the public.

Kathryn from Carlsbad, CA Number of programs attended: 1
Date attended: 04/14/13 - 04/18/13
Informative, interesting lectures and wonderful, special tours made our visits to Frank Lloyd Wright and other homes very enjoyable. The special tour of Fallingwater was magical. We were able to take photos inside and outside the home on an afternoon when our group tour was the only one there. Western Pennsylvania countryside is gorgeous as well. This tour is an all-around delight!

I would consider the Frank Lloyd Wright Road Scholar program in our top five programs. It more than met my expectations! I could not have asked for better planning or leadership.

Nancy from Plymouth, MI Number of programs attended: 12

This was our 13th RoadScholar over quite a number of years and was far he very best. I think we would both do it all over again.

Anyone interested in Frank Lloyd Wright sbould consider this tour. Falling Water and Kentuck are outstanding examples of his work. The docents at both sites are excellent. The presentations at the program site are also top notch. I highly recommend this program.
