EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

"The Upper Left Hand Corner" provides an opportunity to enjoy the natural and man-made features in and around the Seattle area. Pike Place, Mt. Rainier, Tacoma's state history and glass museums, the locks and fish ladder, Pt. Townsend on the Olympic Peninsula, ferry boat rides, the Space Needle. All within four and a half days, and each experience enhanced by two guides whose familiarity with the area (and some of its quirkiness) is matched by their senses of humor. Program headquarters, the Red Lion on Fifth Avenue, is more comfortable than most and conveniently located in downtown Seattle. Program is reasonably priced. A number of singles in our group, both men and women.

There were forty participants in this program, everyone was friendly. Our leader, Carol Barton had organized a wonderful experience for us including a few surprises.
Highlights of the program were the visit to Mt Rainier and our day spent going around Puget Sound. The hotel accomodations were excellent, right downtown Seattle so it was easy for guests to explore the city. Carol had suggestions for other things to do. We had no rain, just typical Seattle cloudy weather. If you like fish, you will enjoy the food but there are other options too.
We travelled by comfortable coach with an able driver. Overall this program exceded my expectations and I would recommend it highly
