This was my first event with Road Scholar and my first time at LMB and absolutely loved it. I needed some time to myself and emotional healing. The medication sessions were just what the doctor ordered. I highly recommend this event to others and look forward to participating in other Road Scholar trips.

This was a wonderful program, I really do feel rejuvinated and refreshed. LOMB is a beautiful and tranquil place with air full of oxygen.
I love the introduction into meditation and Qi Gong- very informative and well paced for the beginners. I could not be happier.

This was my first experience with Road Scholar but it won't be my last! This retreat was beyond my expectations and I enjoyed being in a learning environment and meeting all of the wonderful women who participated in this rejuvenating retreat. LOMB was a beautiful and spiritual place that I would visit again.

Enjoy the magic of a Rejuvenation Retreat for Women! I'm so pleased I did. I learned about meditation (Still working on it Jampa.), Qigong, acupressure, organic aroma therapy and I greatly enjoyed a nature walk. Did I mention the food? YUM! Snuggly situated within second growth redwoods, ferns and fauna, the retreat's peaceful journey may be a learning experience or a life altering adventure. How could it be any different when shared with a group of like minded women! Go for it! dee h.

The setting (The Buddhist retreat) was idyllic. The other participants were very interesting. The program was helpful in alleviating stress, very relaxing. This being said, there were some issues that needed correcting. There was no administrator on site. Breiges is very sweet, and very good at what she does (aromatherapy and qi gong), but she is NOT an administrator. There should be a "go-to" person on site 24 hours. There was none. When the entertainer for Wednesday night cancelled, substitute entertainment should have been provided. A barely audible video was not entertainment. This was a definite minus, something an administrator could have addressed.

A wonderful way to escape from the stresses of daily modern life. Loved everything about the experience, but I found the meditation instruction most valuable. I plan to continue the practice. Sheila, Newtown, PA

The women's rejuvination retreat lives up to it's promise. It was a wonderful way to truly retreat from my normal busy routine. I brought my mother and we had a chance to relax and reconnect on a much deeper level. I am grateful for the experience.
