ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

This was a simply wonderful experience. I am still noticing improvements in my energy level and my food choices. The kind of Yoga that is taught is Integral Yoga, and I particularly did well in spite of a hip that needs replacement. Qi Gong was my favorite part of the program, and I have found a class near me. I have a much greater sense of well-being since my experiences at The Land of Medicine Buddha, and I highly recommend it. If you want a greater understanding of Buddhism as well as health-giving practices, this is the program for you.

This retreat was an uplifting experience! Thanks to Breige's meticulous planning and leadership, we got the best teachers who are passionate about what they are doing teach us. We were fortunate to have Meditation and Buddhist principles taught by two Venerable nuns, Jampa and Drimay. Overall, the location, its beauty, and an aura of peace lent to a serene experience. The Tibetan artifacts such as the prayer wheels, gongs, and statues, not to mention the meditation (Gompa) room gave us a glimpse of a fascinating world!
