This program provides a wonderful opportunity to spend a week with like-minded quilters with excellent instructors who come well-prepared to challenge individuals to try new things and improve their skills in a friendly, supportive environment

This was my first Road Scholar program. I attended the Quilt Retreat with my sis and our mom, but was delighted to be able to make so many friends -- but most quilters are friendly people. Although I have been quilting and sewing for many years, this was a great week for me to learn and be challenged into new directions. The instructors were awesome -- lots of fun and humor. We quilters got a LOT of time to quilt -- which suits us perfectly. The monastery was welcoming, and the food was AWESOME!!

As a first time participant of a Road Scholar program I loved it! The Quilting at the Monastary was a great program. I learned so much and met many interesting people. The instructors were knowledgeable and helpful. The food was fantastic!
