This is the third RoadScholar program we have done and, by far, the best one. Yellowstone is a fantastic place (we had never been before) and Dr. Raven, our instructor, is an alsolute gem. We saw many iconic places (Old Faithful, mud pots, etc.) and many, many animals (all the buffalo you would ever want to see!) There were scheduling and equipment problems which need to be fixed (try not to go when the local high school has graduation!)but I must admit I'd do it all over again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the "Yellowstone: The Great Caldera" program June 2-7, 2013. A visit to Yellowstone was a trip my husband has looked forward to for years, and Road Scholar provided excellent leadership and we acquired knowledge on subject matter we previously hadn't given much though and now are interested in expanding upon what we learned. Dr. Raven has a vast amount of knowledge on numerous topics and presented them in a manner which was easily understood and interesting, plus, her sense of humor was delightful.
