EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

What a great trip!! We had a wonderful time. The guides were all great - especially the man who told us all the Olympics. Our leaders were well organized, thoughtful, and considerate...and very hard working!

It was an excellent trip for both the grandparents and the grandchildren. It was very professionally managed.

The Hot Air Balloon, the Ropes Course and the HIke were the highlights. The water park and the 5+ hours at the alpine base were just fillers. There was too much free time and nothing much to fill it since the area is a resort area. It would have been nice for the guides to tell about the geology of the area and the survival tricks the mountain men used. In the previous trips, the grandparents were given a little break from the kids by having the guides organize activities while the old folks could rest, etc. that did not happen on this trip. The guides were not as organized as I have been used to. It would be nice to have the days events written up with what one should take along instead of relying on the guides since they did not impart that efficiently. They had only chips and candy as snacks in lieu of a more nutritional and healthy choice. There should be water available on both vans, not one. I had a feeling that they were trying to save money at the expense of health. I hope I am wrong.
In all, I think this trip was missing the best component - educational!

Very good program. We did a similar program in 2006. Loved the ropes course, hot air balloon ride, rafting and all. Catered meals were quite good to excellent. Leaders were helpful and good with the kids. This was a small group with 7 kids and 9 grandparents. It was nice that we all got to know each other. Our 9 year old grandson loved it. On his evaluation form in the comments at the end he said: "Want more."

This is not a review but a suggestion.

You should develop an evaluation form for Intergenerational trips that more relates to the activities on those kind of trips.
