EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

Guy and Kenson were great leaders—flexible—friendly—knowledgeable and fun. My fellow grandparents were folks I would enjoy living next door. Calm, reasonable, intelligent and insightful enough to choose an adventure which not many can offer another generation. And wise enough to let our grandchildren take the lead for our week together. This week was a great time to spend with our grandsons—no parents or siblings—just us learning something new together. At first I thought the grandsons, sons of our sons, were an unlikely mix. That notion left my head after a couple hours. They each brought individual strengths to our adventure. Mature young men with wonderful futures, enhanced by this week. No matter if we keep in contact or not, each made an impression which will last for me and if I get to sit in a rocking chair some day and think of my life experiences, this week will be one of my pleasant memories. An AWESOME for 3 boys and 3 grandparents who "clicked" from the first nite. Group leaders Guy and Kenson were terrific as they explained everything, were flexible , helpful and totally enthusiastic about the whole program . We each actually flew as a pilot 2 hours each. It was a 2 engine 2 seater plane with instructor at our side. The simulators were put to use as was the ropes course, a trip to the tower at Orem airport and a visit to fire dept. at SLC airport. My main suggestion : Since the flight and simulator time is paid for as part of program grandchild and grandparent ought to be the ones to decide how it will be used. Worth every penny.

The flight school program is wonderful and we were kept VERY busy. It provided my grandson and I with a unique shared experience. The food and accommodations were less spectacular and we were both disappointed with the daily meal offerings.

Great program for grandparents and grandchildren. My grandson and I were totally delighted.
