This is a great program. The leaders had wonderful activities and demonstrations. I particularly liked the 2 musical groups and the tour of the Bay of Fundy. The rooms in the inn were uniquely individual, although the claw foot tub in my room was a little difficult to get in and out of. The Wi-Fi was only usable in several spots but it was adequate. The breakfasts were a little high on carbs but still varied and delicious. Lunches and dinners were superb with fresh, wonderfully seasoned items, often featuring local ingredients. Best of all, the owners were gracious and very helpful, with lots of extra touches, such as doing laundry for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this program.

Innkeepers Rudy and Kathy did a superb job of giving us insight into life on the Bay of Fundy. The food represented the area well and cooking demos were the icing on the cake. Our field trips and lectures were on point and content rich. The addition of live music on two nights was fun. The history of the Acadians presented where they lived was meaningful. All in all, it was an excellent experience.

The program was entertaining and educational. We learned a lot about the Bay of Fundy -- history, fishing, food, music. The Inn was comfortable and the owners and program directors were friendly, well organized, and knowledgeable. The food was excellent! Overall, program is as described.

It was great. The food was excellent and the instructors were very informative. The lobster fisherman did an excellent job. The entertainment in the evenings was so enjoyable. Kathy and Rudy were excellent hosts and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We highly recommend this program.

This was a new travel experience for me. I was widowed last Fall. I traveled solo, but felt well taken care of and included by the leaders and the group.

I highly recommend the NB Road Scholar program...Epicurean NB. It is likely one of the very best-organized and welcoming of any that we have taken...(27)
