The challenge course was a HUGE disappointment. Located in someone's camping area with lean-to, old cars, overgrown weedy paths, porta-John's in the woods and aimed at 6 year-olds. We had to break up into groups of four and pretend we were choo-choo engines trotting around holding onto the shoulders of the person in front. No zip line, which all the kids were looking forward to. A high swing ride was it, and each child only got one swing ride. And we spent the entire day there.

Road Scholar's response:
Thank you for your comments. Please rest assured that we have taken your feedback into consideration and have relocated the challenge course for future program dates. We are always looking for ways to enhance the learning experience, and hope to see you again soon!

This Oregon area is very beautiful. The days are truly dawn to dusk. My Grandson loved it.

We went on this Southern Oregon Outdoor Adventure program with our two grandsons. The program was extremely well planned and organized. The only negative aspect was the long amount of time spent on the bus traveling to some of the activities. My younger grandson especially enjoyed Wildlife Images while his older brother most enjoyed the white water rafting on the Rogue River. We participated in all aspects of the program, including the challenge course. We recommend this program for all who enjoy an active lifestyle.
