Program #11010RJ
9 Days | 8 Nights
ACTIVITY LEVEL: Moderately Challenging
EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

Connie and I have extensive amateur experience in Amerindian archaeology, particularly in California sites. We had a long-held desire to see these most significant locations. We were delighted with the range of sites covered by this program, as well as the high-quality educational content of the presentations. Most satisfactory!

I am happy that I participated in this program. I learned a tremendous amount about Indian history and culture and the situation of Indians in this country at the present time, which un-fortunately is not a happy one.

There is an astonishing world you can visit in the "4 Corners" region of the US, and it will teach you about an important group of our early inhabitants.

I had the most unusual and educational experience travelling on the Ancient Sacred Sites of Pueblo people of the four corners region. The National Parks closure made the adventure more eventful. It was packed with pleasant and informative surprises. This was a gem of a journey.

My recent trip to the "Four Corners" was wonderful! Our tour guide, Martha Yates, is incredible. Hope to take another trip with her. Charlie Ash, our tour director, was excellent and worked very closely with Martha to make adjustments to our trip when necessary. James Moses, our driver, was excellent. I always felt very safe and secure with him at the wheel, even on curving, mountainous roads. He kept our bus clean and was very helpful in assisting us on and off the bus.

Dana from Belfair, WA Number of programs attended: 1

This was a very thorough and educational experience. If you are interested in seeing, understanding and waling thu ancient Puebloan ruins, this is the trip to go on. Our archeologist was so well informed and shared so much information with us. Well worth the time and money we spent to go
