EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

I highly recommend this program for anyone with an interest in geology, American Indian culture, and/or an area with beautiful scenery. The field trips and activities are many and varied. Note that the accommodations (and meals) are student dorms and cafeteria, so on the plain side, but the rooms are spotless and have all one needs. The food is plentiful and the picnics were well catered. The campus is beautiful (on a lake), and staying in the same place every night has advantages! Southern Oregon is a really beautiful area; just prepared yourself for cool summer weather with coastal fog at times.

if you've ever wanted an encapsulated journey on the Oregon coast and why it looks the way it does, this is the program for you. Accomodations, food, field trips and lectures are hard to beat including a special visit to the Coquelle Native American tribal Plank House and interaction with their Youth Corps. An extremely well rounded and well put together quality program
