This was the 4th intergenerational trip I've taken with my granddaughter and definitely the best! We loved learning how to do numerous magic tricks - it was so much fun to be "in on the secrets"! The highlight was making and receiving props and instructions to take home and do our own magic shows! We have impressed our families and friends with the tricks we learned. The instructors, Bill Stokes and his wife Charlene, were very friendly, prepared, and professional. Oglebay Resort, where the program was held, had beautiful grounds, as well as plenty to do for all ages. I attended this program with my 8 year old granddaughter. We both enjoyed it thoroughly. The leaders were experienced and well prepared. My granddaughter was thrilled to put on a magic show when we returned home. We learned some vary impressive illusions and made some of the props for our own magic tricks. A favorite was being successful at making balloon animals. The resort was lovely and offered many activities...a zoo,pools, museums, paddle boats and more. The buffet breakfasts were outstanding. Our other meals were white tablecloth and all the finery. I would highly recommend this program.
