I went on this trip because I liked the itinerary. The operas, cooking class, and museum trips met my expectations. I did not like the room assigned to me The blackout drapes were dirty, the bathroom sink had a small crack running down the middle of it, the toilet constantly malfunctioned and got so bad I had to be moved to another room the night before departure. This was very inconvenient. The hotel maintenance man had not shown up and the very young front desk girl was unable to help.
There was a construction vehicle right outside my sliding glass door and some work going on that required me to leave my window coverings closed in an already dark room.
I also did not like the crowding of activities into 4 days with no free time. I anticipated time to explore a bit in the plaza area but there was not enough time to do this.
Too few days for the itinerary. The operas, museums, cooking class and most of the instructors were enjoyable. I was dissatisfied with the rest of the trip.
