Although the July weather was very hot during the days, about four p,m. rains cooled us as we prepared for the opera. There was not back wall to the opera stageso we looked at the beautiful hill untill darkness hid them

This program is an ideal introduction to opera, but is of equal interest to those well-versed in it. Santa Fe and its environs are a great destination. A very well-balanced program.
