My trip to Nashville was wonderful! Can't say enough about the staff and everything I experienced. Looking forward to my next adventure. Road Scholar is great and I'm so glad I discovered it.

My recent Road Scholar trip to Nashville was truly enjoyable; including such famous events as the Grand Ole Opry Radio Show, the General Jackson Cruise with live entertainment and wonderful food. We hit all the high spots in a short period of time without feeling rushed. Wilma Fleming

What a fun and informative trip this was! I wish I had started attending these programs sooner if this program is an indication of what to expect. What a privilege to have Dr. Don Cusic as our instructor! He is amazing! Thanks to my fellow travelers for making me as a first-time Road Scholar, solo-traveler feel welcome. Great group, memorable and most positive experience.

This was my first Road Scholar trip, and it vastly exceeded my expectations! The talks by the cheerful and knowledgeable Dr. Don Cusic were both fun and informative. Our tour guide Mary did everything possible to keep us informed and on time; she was a great "mother hen". Planned outings were lots of fun and there was enough "down time" for exploring. Meals were not gourmet, but certainly good and plentiful. Accommodations were clean & comfortable. And by the way, as a single traveler, I very much appreciated being graciously included at meals with those traveling in groups and loved meeting so many interesting people. This program was a terrific value for the money. I'll definitely be returning for more trips with Road Scholar and hope to see some familiar faces again in future trips!

This program is lots of fun with great activities and fun lectures with Don Cusic. It you like country music, or want to learn about it, this would be the right program to choose.

John from Columbus, NC Number of programs attended: 1

The Nashville History of Country Music exceeded our expectations. The Belmont U.staff were excellent. Don Cusic is a gem. Meals were fine considering we ate in the school cafeteria and a meat & 2 restaurant. All events were top notch. Very well done!
