This program exceeded our (high) expectations in every way, including the variety of accommodations, beautifully prepared and healthful food, and our guide Burcu who was knowledgeable, forthright, funny, and attentive. Every day revealed a treasure, whether geological, cultural, or historical. It's hard to pick a favorite part: Cappadocia is unique, Ephesus is beyond belief, the gulet on the Aegean is another world. This ranks up at the top of our list of Best Trips.

This was an exceptionally enjoyable tour. The hotel accommodations, transportation to the sites visited and the restaurants and menus selected were all terrific. The tour guide was also exceptionally engaging, knowledgeable of the areas visited and history of Turkey, and exceptionally responsive to individual requests by those on the tour.

This is an excellent adventure. Turkey is a very modern country that has managed to maintain it's ancient and varied history. This program covers both the modern and ancient Turkey at it's very best. The tour guides are excellent and have a knowledge base that covers all aspects of the program. The hotels are modern, clean and offer many amenities. The food is fresh, well prepared and very good. The highlight of the program is The Gulet. What a fantastic experience. Anchor at night in small, protected coves, dive off the boat to swim in very comfortable waters, hike on islands only available by boat. The crew is very friendly and capable and accomodating. I would recommend adding on the Istanbul extension in order to experience more of what the city has to offer.
