A Culinary Adventure on California's Central Coast was just that--a great adventure in eating farm to table, sampling wines and seafoods. A fine education -- and just right length of time.

Very well organized and led program. Informative about sustainable farming practices, healthy eating, wine growing and tasting. Many interesting and diverse topics explored. Paso Robles was a beautiful place to visit.

Great to get to know the beautiful and surprising Paso Robles area. Our leaders and speakers "knew their stuff" and their passion was contagious. They were a varied and quite interesting group. For wine lovers--lots of grapes and their fruit to see and enjoy. Some super meals. Nice motel in good location. A few little blips as in some poor time management, but a whole lot of good things about this program. Could do again with my wine-loving friends. Sante!

Many aspects of this program were good though the first day had way too many events to be able to enjoy them all. Wish they had been more spread out. The hotel was nice but we were put on the second floor with no elevator or help with luggage. And the breakfast offerings were skimpy, with extra charges for orange juice which was weird since we were in California! Seems that could've been included. Having to pay for wine everywhere we went was also strange - would have thought the wineries/vineyards would have provided at least a glass of wine with perhaps a charge for any more than the first glass. All in all a good program, maybe a little intense for the casual attendee. The best part was seeing the passion and enthusiasm of the farmers and others we visited. Very encouraging.

OK, not the best we've done. Way too many people. Awesome food though.

This program is well prepared and the presenters are very knowledgeable.

Richard from Pasadena, CA Number of programs attended: 25

This is an excellent, informative, interesting program. It should be longer as many of the participants were sorry to see it end.
