Great introduction to Tibetan Meditation and healthy living choices.

Attended Nov 2-7, 2014. Liked the setting, creative vegetarian food, Qi Gong and energy massage. But I was the only practicing Buddhist of the 14 group members; the others were inquiring minds. No one told the three Tibetan Buddhist speakers the theme, and when we complained on Nov 6, there was Q&A about death the last day. Did not like that 55% of the Buddhist part was meditation, and did not come away learning anything new about living, aging or dying.
