Rindy from Penn Yan, NY date attended: 10/28/12-11/02/12 This was my first RS experience and it certainly surpassed all of my expectations! It was well organized, wonderful leader and guides, and we saw all the major highlights of the park. The fact that we stayed right in the park was a plus as it gave the opportunity to explore on our own by using the free park shuttle service. I highly recommend this trip!

The tour to Yosemite National Park was a highlight of my traveling adventures. It is truly an emotional experience to witness nature in all its glory and marvel how this park was created millions of years ago. It is not to be missed!

This was a great trip. I had been to Yosemite before but this time saw it in a different season. Even though most of the falls were "Dehydrated" it was still beautiful and spiritual. The meals at the Ahwahnee and Wawona Hotels were a high point.

This is the very best trip anyone could take to Yosemite as it covered every experience one could want.

A great learning experience in the beauty of the amazing Yosemite Park. Our guides, David and Becky provided a wealth of information that made the experience interesting, informative and an opportunity for personal growth. A wonderful trip. Amazing sights. Learned a great deal.

We called ourselves the "Yosemite Eight," three brothers, one sister and spouses on our first vacation together. Thanks to Road Scholar we were able to enjoy the grandeur of Yosemite and the lectures of the outstanding guides while creating lasting memories as a family. P.Novy

This trip was spectacular. With 200% of annual rainfall, all water features were at full splendor. Simply amazing in every sense of the word. The only downside was not staying in the park itself (we missed the moonbow because of it), which many of thought we were doing. The hotel outside the park was nice enough, and the drive wasn't terribly long, but I wanted to stay in the park to maximize my hiking time. I see Road Scholar isn't offering park accommodations on many of its trips, and that is a big miss in my opinion. The other thing to note about Yosemite is you must visit in June or early July before many of the water features run dry. I wouldn't have even known that was an issue unless told. So glad I was there in June and not Aug. or Sept.
