EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

Berkshires theater program, n. Adams, mass. august 2o13 all in all great program. person in charge was with a travel agent group and handled our group easily and efficiently . the food was good, the motel ( holiday inn) clean -good beds etc. the 4 plays that we saw were good even though Olivia Decacus (sp) had a sore throat and could not perform. that was disappointing but could not be helped. if you like theater , you will like this program. its hard to get to if you are traveling solo but possible. lots of options , none cheap unless you are lucky like me and met up at airport to share limo to N. Adams with a couple of other attendees. the privacy rule drives me nuts ! we have no way as singles to hook up with other singles --I would have loved to gone to NYC for a couple of days early and done some plays there ( some others that had cars were doing that ). I still think on registration form there could be a spot to check if you wanted to wave the privacy rule and let the coordinator put solo's in touch with other solo travelers. one lady in our group came all way from California and you know, you can't change air travel-she ( and I ) would have loved to go to NYC for a couple of days--we were sooooo close to it but could not do it because we did not know each other before the program ! sorry, I digress ! please attend this program, there are a lot of dates and if you like plays , you will love it !!

I had a great time at this program. The plays were fabulous and my fellow participants were discerning theater-goers and great fun. The trips to MassMOCA and to the Clark Institute were icing on the cake. Sharon (coordinator) and Roz (instructor) couldn't have been better. The hotel room was very nice and the staff was very accommodating but the food was awful. I look forward to going next year even if they don't improve the cooking!
