This is a wonderful program. Fallingwater is spectacular. The speakers and program director were great, and the Mennonite Church Center was the perfect location.

Another home run by Road Scholar. The lectures on Frank Lloyd Wright were outstanding and the tours of the homes were wonderful. Program hosts and facilities were great. I met many new wonderful people. This program rivals and equals my previous first choice Road Scholar program, the FDR Presidential Library in Hyde Park New York. Hope to see you all at future RS programs.

The talk by Elsie the cook for Falling Waters was great. The woman was 102 and didnot look it. She was so full of knowledge about the people she worked for at Falling Waters and several other places she had been employed. I am so glad that her presentation was left for the end and she brought a cake that was outstanding. It was a great ending to another Road Scholar Program that filled me with the desire to attend more. I love the lectures that are presented by people who care about what they are doing, I shall return.

The leader of this program and his helpful group made every effort to make sure we had a great learning experience and had fun. I felt they certainly were successful in doing that. I loved the people and the trip.

I you are interested in architecture and especially the work of Frank Lloyd Wright, this is the trip for you. We had excellent lecturers. We saw a Usonian house that had been moved from Illiois, 2 houses by Wright's apprentices, Kentuck Knob by Wright (which I hadn't heard of before, but should be better known) and, of course, the marvelous Fallingwater. We saw Fallingwater on a day it wasn't open to the public and got an in-depth tour after breaking up into 4 small groups. And then we had a chance to see the breathtaking famous view. All, in all, a wonderful and very worthwhile Road Scholar program.

This program gives wonderful insight into Frank Lloyd Wright as a person and as an unusual creative architect. The lectures and excursions are extremely well presented and organized and culminate in seeing his masterpiece of Fallingwater...a wonderful 3 full days of FLW!

Excellent program -- lectures preceded the visits to the Frank Lloyd Wright houses, so we understood better what we were seeing. Well organized. The Mennonite Church Center has nice hiking trails. The food was fabulous.

learning about Frank lloyd Wright and visiting 5 of the houses in the area was an eye-opening experience for us. It was a well run program and we enjoyed all the meals prepared for us by the staff at Laurelville. Hearing Elsie Henderson, 101, talk about working for the Kaufmanns was a delight!

I thoroughly enjoyed this program. Two daughters accompanied me and we had the opportunity to share the experience along with the other people in the program.

This was such a unique experience! A wonderful one. I am agreeing with everything my fellow participants have already said. Fallingwater should be on everyone's Bucket List--that's for sure.

For any Frank Lloyd Wright devotee, like myself, this is a must do/see. The Polymath Park tour was a good place to start with three of the simplest Usionian designs, Kentuck Knob is an excellent example of a more expansive home and everyone's bucket list should include Fallingwater, which is beyond almost anything else in home design anywhere. Our tour of it in small groups, on a day when it was closed to the general public was probably the best house tour I've ever experienced, which is saying a lot, I've been on countless architectural tours nationwide.

I give it 10 Stars!!Superb. I have had a history of interest in the arts, design and architecture. The Fallingwater and nearby Wright designed and inspired homes did not disappoint. Private tours of all 5 homes was the way to go. The guides were excellent/knowledgeable. The accommodations were well suited to the "living with nature" motto of Wright. The principles of Asian aesthetics focus on water, rock and trees: both the historic homes & our housing embodied this philosophy. I have been on 5 Road Scholar tours: this was my favorite. Great food, great participants;excellent value. Hated to say goodbye!!!

I found this program to exceed my expectations. The room accommodations were good. The food was great. The other participants shared the same interests as I did, and were very welcoming. The tours, the lectures, and the guides were knowledgeable and professional. I am thinking of doing this program again because I enjoyed it so much.
