The wolf relocation program was of great interest just by itself, but when the location is Yellowstone in the winter, the vistas are overwhelming. Visiting Yellowstone with snow in every view provides an unforgettable trip.

Nancy from Bakersfield, CA Number of programs attended: 6
Date attended: 01/26/14 - 01/31/14
The only wolf sighting was through a scope at approximately 2 miles. The leader's excellent presentations along with other numerous wildlife sightings, and the park's snow covered beauty well made up for their absence.

Dawn from Safety Harbor, FL Number of programs attended: 13
Date attended: 01/26/14 - 01/31/14
Instructors Cain are personally endearing and serve this program well both in class and field. Just know that it might be tough to view wild wolf (without scope). Beautiful winterscape with bison, elk, bighorn!

Cindy from Red Lodge, MT Number of programs attended: 3
Date attended: 01/26/14 - 01/31/14
Yellowstone in winter is absolutely amazing! We saw wolves and talked with the wolf experts. Viewing nature in truly emotional. Also fortunate to see elk, bison, moose, bighorn sheep, pronghorn, mule deer, coyote, bald eagle, ducks, etc... The instructors had the knowledge, experience and personalities to make this a fun adventure with a very informative and varied schedule.

This program was an adventure well worth experiencing. Our leader Cathy shared her wealth of knowledge but more importantly she shared her passion. This program was a grand introduction to Road Scholar!

John from Lakewood, OH Number of programs attended: 3
Date attended: 01/27/13 - 02/01/13
This was a wonderful program and an exceptional educational experience. If you want to learn about the wildlife of Yellowstone consider this program. Our guide, Catherine Cain was very knowledgable with regard to the wildlife, plant life and geology of the park. Both she and Bill Cain made the experience so much more interesting, valuable and enjoyable. Yellowstone, in it's wintery coat of snow takes on a beauty and wonder all it's own. A great adventure.

Shirley from St George, UT Number of programs attended: 1
Date attended: 01/27/13 - 02/01/13
We highly recommend Road Scholar. This was our first program, and we enjoyed it immensely. While having fun, we learned a lot. We definitely want to go on another Road Scholar program.
