EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.
If you’re looking for a more flexible schedule with ample independent time and several meals on your own, then our FLEX learning adventures are made for you.

I've tried to take this trip before but it was so popular and filled up both times. It is a well orchestrated trip with super local guide Teresa. She kept good up-to-date communication on recent unusual cold weather and very detailed instructions for public transportation to hotel from airport. It is a good program for first timers and/or repeat visitors to Vancouver covering many aspects of this beautiful city. Teresa was fine if I chose to skip meals, opt out on group games and/or field trips. All of our drivers were the best. They would give me a ride near downtown (where they return the buses) after they'd drop the group off at hotel at the end of day! I love the multi-lingual, multi-cultural diversity. People are friendly and everything is walking distance. I got a public library card where I get 2 hours free Internet per day! Public transportation is easy. The food in Richmond is better than those I've had inside/outside Southeast Asia! Thank you for orchestrating this wonderful program, operating at a loss due to low enrollment. Thank you, Ms Teresa for overseeing a successful program!
