I had a great time. We danced partied and ate our was through Mardi Gras. I recommend it to anyone who likes to have fun and learn at the same time.

By far this is the best program we have attended. If you have a desire to learn about the Cajun culture and eat good Cajun food this is the program for you. Not to mention that the program coordinator is SUPURB.

We have lived in Arkansas most of our lives, yet we did not know the history or meaning of Mardi Gras.We found this visit to "Cajun Country" to be most informative and enjoyable. Road Scholar Adventures are truly the way to discover this great country of ours.
