Reviews, photos and videos for program: Let the Good Times Roll: Adventures in New Orleans and on the Lower Mississippi
Judy from Bloomington, IN Number of programs attended: 7
Date attended: 04/15/14 - 04/22/14
I am going to write a review that gives the information that I'm looking for in a review. This trip is labeled easy and for the most part it was easy. The most walking we did was about 20 blocks. Many people on this tour used walkers or canes. One needs to be able to get on and off a bus without too much trouble. Both the hotel and the American Queen were very helpful to us with special needs. The French Quarter is within walking distance or cabs are easily obtained for you by the hotel. The program itself is outstanding ! Joyce Hanks is the leader and designer of the itinerary. There a good mix of history and fun. We had some wonderful tour guides, some of the best I've ever experienced. There were 40 of us and we were all very congenial.
