Yellowstone is a magnificent place in winter! It was wonderful to learn about the animals and how they are attracted to the area in the winter to survive. Trying winter activities such as snowshoeing and snowmobiling was great fun. The company was diverse and fun. Highly recommended!

One of my favorite PBS nature shows is Yellowstone in Winter. My expectations were very high going in. The staff are professional, competent and participant centered. The weather cooperated nicely. On both days we were in the part, we observed first hand the beauty of the geysers, mud pots and vents. We also enjoyed the bison, elk, eagles, river otters, coyotes, red fox, trumpeter swans and ravens. On one occasion, we observed the scavengers cleaning a bison carcass. This program is a home run. Thank you for offering it.

The winter program at Yellowstone is outstanding. The snow covered park is so different than a visit in warmer weather. I highly recommend this program and hope Road Scholar continues to offer it.

Seeing the beauty of Yellowstone in the winter was priceless. Although science and geology was never my strong suit in school, the way the lectures were presented was fun and educational. I loved seeing the animals in their natural habitat from the bombardiers and snowmobiles were adventurous and fun. The guides were also passionate and knowledgeable about Yellowstone. Of course Oldfaithful did not disappoint us either, faithful as ever! I would highly recommend this program.

This was a wonderful program. The ventures into the park to see the features and wildlife in the winter were fabulous, and getting to snowshoe, ski, ride the Bombadiers and snowmobilies was fun. The lectures and videos were informative and thought-provoking. Very memorable.
