This is a wonderful program. To start we were housed in the Sise Inn in Portsmouth NH. The Inn was very comfortable, the meeting room very good and the staff very helpful.
The program was super, we did walks, viewed houses, and had a ride in a lobster boat. Each day followed the program as promised. We visited Ogunquit, York and Historic Old York. We also did many activities in Portsmouth.
We ate dinners at a number of lovely restaurants in Portsmouth, the food was very good to excellent.
Our coordinator Gail Thomas did an excellent job. Joan Chawziuk our speaker and walking tour leader on Portsmouth, made us all want to see the buildings. Stephanie Voss Nugent made the Isle of Shoals history and the life of Celia Thaxter very exciting.
I would highly recommend this program.

Portsmouth is a lovely town, full of historical sites and lovely restaurants. Good walking tour of town and visit to Strawberry Banke. Excellent guest speaker on Isle of Shoals. The tour didn't include the 3-hour boat ride to Shoals, so many trip members went on our own, a high point of the trip.
