I just returned from a wonderful week of cycling in North East Massachusetts. From the first evening our guide led us to lovely locations on the rocky cost of the North Shore. Both he and I were a little concerned about my ability to do the cycling, but I kept at it and he helped out in every way. As a tribute to the friendship that he had with his local club, someone from that club came every day to act a sweep, further examples of the Massachusetts accent, and examples of the human kindness of bicycle riders.
