Reviews, photos and videos for program: Corning's Intergenerational Experiences Over the Centuries

Our 8 year old grandson said, (without any prompt), "It was a great week!" That says it all. They were kept busy and interested every minute. Food good, accommodations clean and suitable--great pool and play/activity areas. Terrific trips to museums--the leaders kept the kids very engaged, a feat in itself. Hikes were fun, and all the on-campus wall climbing, archery, etc. were well done. R&J Tinsley, Philadelphia

This was a wonderful way to get to know my 8 year old granddaughter. Both of us had a good time and enjoyed both the activities, each other, and the other participants in the program. I particularly liked the very hands on approach of almost all of the activities.

This program was just right for my granddaughter and me as it was almost constant hands on activities and crafts. Also in a beautiful rural setting and had nature activities as well as crafts. It is well organized and all the activities ran smoothly. We were both very pleased with this program.

This program was delightful - and we never got bored! I attended with my 11-yr-old granddaughter, who enjoyed it as much as me. We made crafts from wood, glass, metal and nature. We had so many souvenirs we couldn't fit them all in our suitcase. Maggie proudly carried her homemade plan right onto our flight - and no one stopped her.

This program is a well-planned, interesting, learn-something-new adventure that would appeal to nature-lovers, historians, and those who enjoy hands-on experiences.

This is an excellent intergenerational program that is extremely well-run by very qualified staff who ran wonderful field trips and organized interesting crafts and activities. Everyone was very pleasant and the accommodations very comfortable and clean. Grandparents & grandchildren alike had a very enjoyable time. My granddaughter & I definitely recommend it. We interviewed grandchildren about their favorite activity on the Corning trip. Each interview is followed by scenes of the activities. http://youtu.be/aksBZ3U_aJk
