Judy from Wayne, PA Number of programs attended 12 Dates attended 03/02/14 - 03/09/14 We are at most recreational birders: husband likes geology; I love horticulture. We wanted a land based experience to go with our Pride of America trip. This trip exceeded our dreams. Our leader knew plants and geology as well as his beloved birds. We birded less traveled locations that fed our interests, and learned about the birds as well. And the real birders were very patient and helpful. Fantastic small group experience!

Jerome from Arlington, VA Number of programs attended: 20
Date attended: 03/02/14 - 03/09/14
A moderately paced six-day two-island exploration with opportunities to see most of the diminishing number of Hawaiian endemic birds, including in several habitats not usually accessible. A dozen participants, very knowledgeable leader, comfortable weather, fascinating and varied landscape.

Robert from Athens, OH Number of programs attended: 2
Date attended: 01/05/14 - 01/12/14
This program was well worth the money. We saw over 70 species of birds in many different habitats and on two islands. The program leader was very knowledgeable, and he stressed that many of these species are becoming extinct or in rapid decline. A very valuable program.
